I remember having a Batman talking alarm clock when I was very young. On day it stopped working so I decided to take it apart to see how the sound was generated. Once I got past all the electronics and speaker components I found a tiny plastic record about the size of what is shown in this add. I had no idea until a month ago that these tiny records where used in quiet a few products like this one by Ohio Art.
